오늘 본문은 저와 Jason의 대화인데요. Jason이 “I am so proud of you! 네가 정말 자랑스러워! Despite your exhaustion, you pressed on towards the race and finished well. Congratulations! 완전히 지쳤는데도 불구하고, 끝까지 분발해서 경주를 잘 마쳤잖아. 축하해!”라고 하자, 저는 “Thanks so much! I still can’t believe I pressed on until the end. 정말 고마워! 나도 마지막까지 밀어붙일 수 있었다는 게 믿기지 않아.”라고 말합니다.

Today’s expression is press on. Press on means to continue doing something with determination and despite setbacks. Press on 또는 press ahead는 ‘단호하게 밀고 나가다’, ‘어려움이 있더라도 추진하다’라는 뜻으로 사용됩니다.
